Guns today have become more in use as it is all about safety and security which a common man aspires for in this world where regular threats to life have become common phenomena. Although they are becoming a kind of necessity, but there are instances where the accidental shootings also occur which are the cause of fatal injuries or even death to someone.

Keeping in the mind these hazardous consequences of carrying a gun, a German gun manufacturing company Armatix has come up with a very high-tech solution to actually minimize these unpredicted situations with the two-way safety system. This innovation is called the Armatix Smartgun which incorporates high class technology that makes use of a special wrist watch which works as an electronic trigger lock to provide access to the users to fire the weapon.

All the user has to do is simply scan his fingerprint onto the gadget so that the radio feature in the gun gets activated when the gun’s proximity is nearer to the watch. The basic mechanism involves the illumination of the rear part of the gun with a green LED light which makes the trigger work normally. In the absence of the watch, if the handle gets triggered accidentally, then the gun also has an effective resolution for it with which it flashes a red LED light and the trigger gets automatically disabled.

This smart innovative combination by Armatrix is used instead of biometric sensor in the gun itself because it ensures that this Smartgun can be used even if someone’s hands are covered with gloves or are dirty to hold. And one of the major advantages of incorporating this biometric transponder in the watch is that any number of weapons can be activated simultaneously, and many users can get authorized access to it. The present Armatrix Smartgun follows the .22 pistol concept and the weapon records a note whenever it is activated.
